Onze regio kan trots zijn op de grootste concentratie prehistorische en natuurlijke grotten, kastelen, landgoederen en landhuizen in de wereld. De zandsteen in de Sarladais, als het ware gevuld met zonlicht, geeft elk huis een gouden gloed. De schatten in de Perigord zijn talrijk: we bevinden ons in het paradijs van de truffels, c\u00e8pes, ganzelever, gekonfijte produkten, p\u00e2t\u00e9 en fijne vleeswaren. De inwoners van de Perigord hebben hun traditionele gerechten op uitzonderlijk goede wijze weten te behouden en het is, mede daarom, zeker de moeite waard een bezoek te brengen aan de gezellige markt van Sarlat.<\/p>\n<p>Sarlat van dichtbij leren kennen, in het bijzonder in het naseizoen, wanneer de natuur zich van een andere kant laat zien, moet voor een ieder toch het ontdekken van een heus &#8216;art de vivre&#8217; betekenen!
