Diese ist am Ende des 18-ten Jahrhunderts v\u00f6llig verschwunden. Bis zum Jahre 1154, das Jahr in dem das Perigord eine englische Provinz wurde, war Le Bugue ein sehr wohlhabendes Dorf. Als Grenzort zwischen den englischen Truppen und den Truppen des franz\u00f6sischen K\u00f6nigs hat das Volk sehr unter dieser Position gelitten. Eins der wichtigsten Daten in der Geschichte von Le Bugue ist ohne Zweifel November 1319, als der K\u00f6nig von Frankreich, Philippe Le Long, per versiegelter Urkunde befahl, dass der Markt ab jetzt immer am Dienstag stattfinden sollte. Diese Urkunde ist heute, im 21-ten Jahrhundert, immer noch in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz einiger Br\u00fcderstreitereien zwischen den Herren von Limeuil und zwischen denen von Fleurac, war Le Bugue bis zur Revolution ein ruhiges kommerzielles St\u00e4dchen, dass ihre Reputation gr\u00f6sstenteils dem Physiker Jean Rey zu verdanken hat. Dieser entdeckte, 200 Jahre vor Lavoisier, die Gesetze der Schwerkraft und erfand ebenso das Thermoskop, den Vorl\u00e4ufer unseres Thermometers. Le Bugue has been a prosperous city until 1154, when the Perigord became an English province: as a matter of fact, the city served as a border town between the English and French armies&#8230; not a comfortable position indeed. One of the most important dates in its history is november 1319, when French King Philippe Le Long enacted that the market should take place on Tuesdays (this act is still valid today!).<\/p>\n<p>Le Bugue has always been a quiet trading city, until the French Revolution and despite some fratricidal fights between the Lords of Limeuil and Fleurac. It owes part of its fame to Jean Rey, a physicist who has discovered the Laws of Gravity 200 years before Lavoisier, and has also invented the Thermoscope, the ancestor of our modern thermometer. Le Bugue connut une p\u00e9riode de prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;en 1154, date \u00e0 laquelle le P\u00e9rigord devint province anglaise : \u00e9tant souvent ville fronti\u00e8re entre les troupes anglaises et celles du Roi de France, la communaut\u00e9 souffrit de sa position. L&#8217;une des dates les plus importantes de l&#8217;histoire du Bugue reste celle de novembre 1319 quand le Roi de France, Philippe Le Long, ordonna par acte scell\u00e9 que le march\u00e9 soit tenu perp\u00e9tuellement le mardi, acte toujours en vigueur au 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle !<\/p>\n<p>Cit\u00e9 commerciale tranquille jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la R\u00e9volution &#8211; en d\u00e9pit de quelques luttes fratricices entre les seigneurs de Limeuil et de Fleurac-, Le Bugue doit une partie de sa renomm\u00e9e au physicien Jean Rey qui d\u00e9couvrit les Lois de la Pesanteur 200 ans avant Lavoisier et inventa le Thermoscope, anc\u00eatre de notre thermom\u00e8tre moderne. Deze is aan het einde van de 19-de eeuw geheel verdwenen. LTot 1154, het jaar dat de Perigord een Engelse provincie werd, was Le Bugue een zeer welvarend stadje. Herhaaldelijk zijnde grensplaats tussen de Engelse troepen en de troepen van de koning van Frankrijk, leidde het volk zeer onder haar positie. E\u00e9n van de meest belangrijke data uit de geschiedenis van Le Bugue is ongetwijfeld november 1319, toen de koning van Frankrijk, Philippe Le Long, per verzegelde akte beval dat de markt van nu af aan altijd op dinsdag plaats zou vinden. Deze akte is in de 21-ste eeuw nog altijd van kracht.<\/p>\n<p>Ondanks enkele broedertwisten tussen de heren van Limeuil en die van Fleurac, was Le Bugue tot aan de revolutie een rustig commercieel stadje. Het dankt haar reputatie grotendeels aan de natuurkundige Jean Rey die, 200 jaar voor Lavoisier, de wetten van de zwaartekracht, ontdekte. Hij vond eveneens de thermoscoop, de voorloper van onze thermometer, uit.
