Prijzen zijn exclusief de kosten van de eind-schoonmaak en centrale verwarming: De eindschoonmaak  à € 60,-  en toeristenbelasting van € 1.65 p.p.p.n. zal achteraf met de waarborg worden verrekend. Prijzen zijn inclusief: Dekbedhoezen, onderlakens en kussenslopen, Keukendoeken, theedoeken en vaatdoeken, Badhanddoeken, Inclusief gas, water, elektriciteit, gebruik van Flat screen TV. En gratis gebruik Wi-Fi, Kinderledikantje en kinderstoel en kinderbox zijn aanwezig.

Waarborgsom: Waarborgsom bedraagt 300 euro gelieve contant te betalen bij aankomst. Terug te ontvangen minus vernoemde  eindschoonmaakkosten bij vertrek ( zie ook onze huurovereenkomst )
Huisdieren: € 5,- per nacht
Betalingscondities 25 % aanbetaling bij boeking middels onze standaard huurovereenkomst en factuur. De resterende 75% dient minimaal 6 weken voor aankomst te zijn voldaan

VOORDELEN VAN RECHTSTREEKS BOEKEN;
U weet waar u aan toe bent:
1. Geen onduidelijke opslag of servicekosten die kunnen oplopen tot wel 30% van de werkelijke verhuurprijs.
2. Rechtstreeks contact met de eigenaar/verhuurder.
3. Veilig betalen via facturering.
4. Schoonmaakkosten worden vooraf vermeld in factuur
5. Borg na 7 dagen retour via uw bank
6. U sluit zelf (indien gewenst) uw reisverzekering af waardoor u vrij bent in uw keuze en rechtstreeks contact heeft met uw verzekeraar
7. Contractuele overeenkomst is overzichtelijk en biedt beide partijen bescherming
